Last night I dreamt of the perfect 2 level home. It felt safe & comfortable as soon as I walked in the front door and It had been meticulously maintained by it''s previous owners. All of my outdoor equipment fit perfectly in the garage and was located within a 5 minute walk of Grouse Mountain.. so no more fighting traffic to go hiking and skiing. The back yard was like a quaint oasis. I could see myself hosting parties and making a summer reading area. The only troubling part of my dream was that the back yard was also perfect for outdoor dining, with room for a hot tub and sauna. But my spouse said I was only allowed to have one or the other. What would you do?
